Sylvotherapy also known as Forest Therapy or Shinrin- Yoku ( Forest Bathing), is the practice of immersing oneself in nature to improve one's mental and physical health. This is not just a walk in the woods. It is a mindful, full immersion of all your senses to help relieve stress and increase your well-being. Through guided, meditative walks, you will touch, taste, see, hear, and smell nature, that will help decrease stress and anxiety, improve blood pressure and help the nervous system. Separate from or combined with specific yoga practices done in open spaces can help with full well being.
